Introduction:Jeff Findl is a California Professional Geologist (PG) who performs geologic consulting within both the environmental industry and the oil & gas industry He is based from his home in Oceanside, CA. His background in a nutshell includes 33 years of professional work experience. During the 80's decade, Jeff worked in the Ohio oil and gas industry as a petroleum geologist either for an oil company, as an independent consultant, and as a partner in a small oil company that drilled oil wells for investors. Since 1990, Jeff has mainly worked as an environmental geologist. In 1992, he started doing independent geologic consulting from his home and gradually built-up a top-quality consulting firm (Environmental Geoscience Services, Seal Beach, CA) that employed four full-time geologist / engineers along with two part-timers. In 2006, Jeff sold his successful consulting firm to The EC Group, Inc. of New Jersey. After a well-appreciated break, Jeff was back doing independent geologic consulting a various contaminated properties in Southern California. In 2010, Jeff began doing oil and gas consulting for an Ohio oil company, which has been gratifying and enjoyable.
